Payment

Better Bows accepts payment through PayPal and Venmo. 

Orders will not be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order. If payment has not been received on the fourth day, the transaction will be cancelled. 

 

Shipping

Please allow approximately 6 weeks for delivery. All packages will be sent via USPS. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages for up to six weeks. This doesnt happen often, but it can.

All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise. 

 

Refunds & Exchanges

If your purchase does not meet your expectations for any reason, let us know as soon as possible and we will strive to make it right. However, we do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders.
